  • As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will represent leading client brands by providing customer support through phone, chat, and/or email. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, giving you the flexibility to create your own schedule, select from multiple client opportunities, and build professional skills in a remote-first environment.

    You must:

    • Handle inbound/outbound calls depending on client needs

    • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, or support

    • Represent multiple brands with professionalism and care

    • Accurately document call outcomes and customer interactions

    Basic Requirements

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Reside in the United States

    • Work as an independent contractor (1099)

    • Must pass a background check

    • Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset

    • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required

    • Desktop or laptop computer (Windows 11 or higher)

    • Memory: 4GB RAM minimum (8GB preferred)

    • Wired internet connection (Ethernet only, no wireless)

    • Minimum speed: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload

    • USB headset with microphone (for training and calls)

    • 100% remote work
