As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will represent leading client brands by providing customer support through phone, chat, and/or email. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, giving you the flexibility to create your own schedule, select from multiple client opportunities, and build professional skills in a remote-first environment.
You must:
Handle inbound/outbound calls depending on client needs
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, or support
Represent multiple brands with professionalism and care
Accurately document call outcomes and customer interactions

Basic Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Reside in the United States
Work as an independent contractor (1099)
Must pass a background check
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Prior call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Desktop or laptop computer (Windows 11 or higher)
Memory: 4GB RAM minimum (8GB preferred)
Wired internet connection (Ethernet only, no wireless)
Minimum speed: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
USB headset with microphone (for training and calls)
